Our Winter Indoor Sessions feature fast-paced 5-on-5, non-contact, co-ed NFL FLAG football in a fun and competitive indoor environment. With smaller team sizes and plenty of touches, players get more opportunities to develop their skills, make plays, and stay active throughout the winter.
Open to all skill levels, from first-time flag players to experienced athletes looking to sharpen their game. No tryouts. Everyone plays!
Choose from Winter Session I or Winter Session II, or play both and make it a full winter of football.

The FGS Lil Patriots Winter Indoor Program is the perfect introduction to flag football for young athletes. Each session focuses on learning the basics of the game through fun drills, skill development, movement, and age-appropriate gameplay in a positive indoor environment.
Players will work on throwing, catching, running, flag pulling, teamwork, and the fundamentals of football while building confidence and having fun along the way.
No experience necessary. No tryouts. Everyone plays!
